As part of the new Launch! program, today was the first quick pitch for schools. The event was held at the Younes Conference Center in Kearney this afternoon. Each of the five schools participating in the Launch! program pitched their business idea to a panel of judges. $5,000 was given out to support these businesses.
School is out for the summer, but that doesn’t mean that FFA stops. During the summer, many activities happen within FFA chapters from Supervised Agricultural Experiences (SAE) visits and work, Chapter Officer Leadership Training (COLT), community service, county fairs and the list goes on and on.

The campaign ends February 28 and after that point the funds will go towards next years donations.Every chapter in Nebraska can participate in the "I Believe" campaign. Wisner- Pilger's FFA Advisor, Wade Overturf, has his chapter take part in the "I Believe" campaign.
