Farmers Cooperative donates to local FFA Chapter Grants

Farmers Cooperative, has donated $2,500 to the Nebraska FFA Foundation to directly support local FFA programming needs.
The Auburn FFA Chapter has received $250 to be used towards their sustainable agriculture for the future project. They will purchase composting worms and a watering system for their garden towers.
The Fillmore Central FFA Chapter has received $500 to be used for the greenhouse.
The Heartland FFA Chapter has received $250 to be used to purchase a grow tower.
The Lewiston FFA Chapter has received $500 to be used for the closed loop aquaculture system.
The McCool Junction FFA Chapter has received $250 to be used to purchase a barn camera to be able to watch the animals from the classroom, such as; when animals are giving birth, watch their nocturnal animals and study animal behavior.
The Career Academy FFA Chapter has received $250 to be used towards promoting agriculture through time lapsed photos.
The Tri-County FFA Chapter has received $500 to be used for a rotary laser surveying level kit.
