State FFA Convention

Join us at the 2019 Nebraska State FFA Convention on April 3-5, 2019!

State Convention is quickly approaching on April 3-5 in Lincoln! 

Here's where you can register for the FFA Expo, Career Fair and sponsor and donor events and activities.

Scroll down to find the programs you support. Below that heading, you'll find the details for the events.

All sponsors and donors must sign in at the Nebraska FFA State Convention registration desk located in the south lobby of Pinnacle Bank Arena, 400 Pinnacle Arena Drive, Lincoln, NE unless judging before. 

All exhibitors for the FFA Expo and Career Fair should park in the 3rd floor VIP parking and check-in directly inside on the 3rd floor concourse outside the elevators. If you're signing up for a booth at the Career Fair, FFA Expo or Vendor Area, you'll receive a follow-up email with more details after you register.

Please also note that you should expect security in Pinnacle Bank Arena inspecting all bags, coats, boxes, etc. you bring inside. Everyone attending convention must be registered and is also required to wear a name tag provided by Nebraska FFA at all times. 

We'll reserve a seat for you at all events you registered for and if you sponsor an award, please be sure to follow the directions of FFA volunteers to go backstage at the appropriate time. Please be in your seat on time for each session in order to go on-stage to be recognized and arrive to your session 30 minutes early.

Career Fair, Expo or Vendor Registration

FFA Expo - Expo for organizations, colleges, commodity groups, etc. informing the public of services or promoting a cause.

All exhibitors will participate in a student engagement activity based career pathways while exhibiting at FFA Expo. Victoria will follow-up with you to ask for your question to have on the activity. Also for the scavenger hunt app, FFA members will take a picture at your booth to earn extra points.  We estimate 1,000-1,500 FFA members attend the Expo each year. 

Hours: Wednesday, April 3, 10:00-5:00, Thursday, April 4, 8:00-5:00
Pinnacle Bank Arena, 400 Pinnacle Arena Drive, Lincoln, NE
Set-up: Wednesday, April, 3, 8:00 a.m.- 10:00 a.m.

Pricing Scale - 
$250 per booth (An additional $25 will be added for electricity.)
2-3 Star Supporters ($1,000+) receive a discounted booth space at $150. Electricity costs an extra $25.
4 Star Supporters + ($5,000+) receive complimentary booth space at the Career Fair or Expo.

An invoice will be sent to you with instructions on how to remit payment. Payment must be received before set-up.

Career Fair - Fair for organizations and businesses promoting careers.

All exhibitors will participate in a student engagement activity based career pathways while exhibiting at the FFA Career Fair. Vendor Booths - For businesses selling non-food items.

Hours: Wednesday, April 3, 12:00-5:00, Thursday, April 4, 8:00-5:00, Friday, April 5, 8:00-4:00

Set-up: Wednesday, April 3, 8:00-12:00

Pricing - 
$350 per 8x10 booth. An additional $25 for each 8x10 space and an additional $25 for electricity. (Please write in the comments how big of a vendor booth space you will need and if you need any tables.)

An invoice will be sent to you with instructions on how to remit payment. Payment must be received before set-up.
