Pathways to Careers

Pathways to Careers (P2C) is a one-day conference designed for students in grades 9-12 to explore careers in agriculture, food, and natural resources. 

Students attend sessions of their choice led by industry professionals from various areas of the AFNR pathways. These breakout sessions are designed to give students insight into what careers exist in agriculture and provide them with the opportunity to ask questions to industry leaders. P2C also includes a keynote speaker and networking opportunities. 

P2C attendees are encouraged to keep an open mind, ask meaningful questions, and consider what career paths interest them. In addition to networking with industry professionals, students who attend P2C have the opportunity to network with each other and gain leadership experience. P2C also provides students with an opportunity to connect how their FFA SAEs (Supervised Agricultural Experiences) could lead to their future professions.
