Frontier Cooperative Local Chapter Grant Program

Nebraska FFA chapters in the Frontier Cooperative trade area may submit a request for funding up to $3,000 until November 15. Funding requests will be selected by Frontier Cooperative staff and managed by the Nebraska FFA Foundation. The recipients will be announced by December 15. If chosen, you will receive the funds once you have shown a proof of purchase that can include a check wrote for the project from school, copy of invoice or receipt. 

Project Grant Recommendations:

  • Projects that wouldn't be possible without grant funding that benefit the ag classroom experience or FFA.
  • Participate with Frontier Cooperative throughout the year through events, speakers, tours, harvest lunches, etc. and document on the Sponsor Engagement page.
  • Applications for projects that your school should fund, such as; tables, chairs, etc. will not be funded. 

Past Grant Recipients and Ideas:

Technology to help tell the story of your FFA chapter or ag classroom (podcast equipment, video equipment, software, etc.), funding to support tour of Frontier Cooperative (bus cost, substitute teacher cost, etc.), agronomy curriculum and resources, veterinary science curriculum, UNL mobile lab, plant models, ag literacy books, animal lab supplies, grow tower, farm detailing business, chicken coop, new chapter curriculum, raised flower beds, welding supplies, floral cooler, metal bender, CASE curriculum, freeze dried food, animal nutrition curriculum and resources

You must submit a receipt if chosen to Victoria Broders at the Nebraska FFA Foundation before receiving funds by June 1, 2024.
