PLEASE COMPLETE SEPARATE APPLICATIONS FOR EACH PROJECT
To ensure that payment is received by my organization or the program participants, I understand that an invoice or supporting documentation detailing actual reimbursement costs must be submitted to the Nebraska FFA Foundation. This submission should come from my organization or the project manager/coordinator acting on its behalf, and must include copies of receipts, paid invoices, or purchase orders. I acknowledge that the Nebraska FFA Foundation does not make direct payments to vendors, contractors, or project managers/coordinators for expenses. Payments will only be processed to the funding organization identified in the application (NeFFA Assn., NAEA, or NeFFA Alumni) or to an individual participant in the project (such as an FFA member, FFA chapter, NAEA member, or FFA Alumni member or chapter).
