2026-27 I Believe in the Future of Ag Campaign
I Believe in the Future of Ag allows your local FFA chapter to receive donations and build a supportive FFA community! Local donors can support your chapter directly through the Nebraska FFA Foundation and any funds donated for your chapter are matched by our corporate matching fund of $30,000 if you participated in the sponsor engagement contest. FFA chapters who have raised at least $500 have the chance to be recognized as Top I Believe Chapters at the Nebraska State Convention based on their participation in the Sponsor Engagement Contest. The Top I Believe Chapters also receive a cash prize, with first receiving $1,000 in addition to the matching funds. Below you can find the sponsor engagement activities, podcasts and videos. Submissions must be submitted by February 28 at 5:00 pm.
Blue Jackets. Bright Futures.
The purpose of this program is to provide members with the opportunity to earn a new FFA jacket.
- The event is open to all agricultural education students who are active members of a chartered FFA chapter in good standing with the Nebraska FFA Association with all dues paid. The number of winners will be based on the number of jackets sponsored and jacket recipients must understand that if he/she quits FFA, the FFA jacket must stay with the local FFA chapter and should be returned to the local advisor.
- A gift card code will be purchased by the Nebraska FFA Foundation from the National FFA Organization and supplied to the local agriculture instructor to purchase the jacket for the recipient FFA member.
- A selection committee will include past state officers, Foundation board members and contributors to the jacket program.
- All applications must be submitted by September 15, 2026 to be considered.
- Recipients will be announced by October 15.

Nebraska FFA Foundation SAE Grant
2026 SAE Grant Application - Expanding SAE Project
Nebraska FFA members looking to expand their Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE), but don’t have the funding are able to apply for the 2026 SAE Grant - Expanding Project Grant through the Nebraska FFA Foundation. Nebraska FFA members must be in grades 7-11 for the 2026-27 school year, and can apply for up to $2,000. All grant-related administrative work will take place during the school year. Grant funds will be awarded after required documentation is completed (including a W-2 form), which must be submitted by December 1, 2026 and attendance at one zoom entrepreneurship meeting. The check for funding will be processed in January once all of the requirements have been completed. Nebraska FFA members that have received this grant in the past are unable to receive grant funding again. Deadline: September 15 4:00 pm

Recommendations and best practices for applicants:
Only a student can launch a SAE grant application (just like a state degree or proficiency application). Once the student creates the application, the ag teacher can view it and track progress.
The grant is largely based on information that is in the student's AETaccount. Applicants should have a complete and updated profile and resume.
The resume is a scored component to the grant. Including achievements and activities outside of FFA is encouraged.
Students must have at least one entrepreneurship SAE in their experience manager to apply for a SAE grant. Only entrepreneurship SAEs are eligible.
Students should have a complete SAE plan. The SAE plan is inside the pencil icon in the experience manager. This is a scored component of the application. Digital signatures for the SAE plan are not required.
Students should have an accurate budget estimate for their SAE as found in the dollar sign icon in the experience manager. This is a scored component of the application.
Students applying for start up funds with no existing SAE in place must create their concept SAE in the experience manager, complete the appropriate sections of the SAE plan, and complete a budget for their idea.
Applicants must have at least one journal entry in the SAE they're applying for a grant in. This includes start up SAE grants. At least one journal entry is required. Start up SAE grant applicants can make a journal entry related to the planning and budgeting process of their work, or another area/skill as appropriate.
Only the ag teacher can submit a completed application to the state foundation via the submission list in AET (same as state degree, proficiency, etc.).

Nebraska FFA Foundation Chapter and Classroom Grant - CLOSED
The purpose of the Nebraska FFA Foundation Grant Program is to provide funding for local agriculture classrooms and FFA programs that have a clearly defined and described financial need.
